If Trump would been cunning and used diplomatic language and had remained successful like his predecessors in convincing people of his country that war is legal and right and that war brought winnings and profits like it brought from ruining other innocent countries, the public would have never been out there demanding ending a war with Iran.
What is it then?
Their consciousness is depending on the logic of their leaders: wise, cunning leaders doing everything harm in hide but present in great words and public is with them; yet once their leaders fails to bring the war profits, they are against. Because it is not justified properly as it was justified before.
Are they with just and truth or they are with their temporary gain as they have never reacted before, never demanded their leaders to end war on innocent lands. Neither they asked why Cuba is blacked out and under the darkness is taking the last breathes. Nobody spoke for them. Palestine is crying, except few nobody spoke there as well.
I believe good people are everywhere but sometimes they don’t raise their voice for the truth and solely for the truth without getting in return but saving innocent lives. There could be other reasons that they are down there with their own life issues, they live in a capitalist world, where everything comes with a cost, their health, business, livelihood depend on paying the interest, mortgage rates and EMI. They are at the survival mode. Their life is no different than the struggling public of underdeveloping countries. Everywhere rich are richer and the poor, the poorer.
If by any means, their public is aware and still remains silent observing the casualties, lives and ruins of innocents nations and just stand when their own interest is at risk, millions of lives and slaughter and ruination would be on their shoulders as well not alone on their leaders and who carry their actions against the innocents.
Writing these ideas, I wondered if their public carried the equal weight of the atrocities of their leaders, aren’t we the equally culprits. In our own country, injustice prevails, innocents are killed, disappeared and rights are violated. Sindhis and Balochis are always manipulated and their rights are always at risk. Our courts do not provide justice and declare guilty not criminals and murderers. Unme Rubab the daughter of Sindh fighting for justice and every time she returns empty-handed from the court of justice and the criminals are set free every time.
We stay silent, we say this isn’t our problem, or what we can do? Can’t we do anything so that the burden of guilt is lessened from our shoulders??
