Prisoners of war Analysis!

Imagine a war is soaring, chaos, destruction, killings, roar of
guns, missiles, frustration is everywhere; rulers, commanders, soldiers are
full of aggression and hatred against the enemy, many out of frustration,
mentally sick and disgusted to make the enemy absorb their disgust, attack
homes, kill children and the greatest weapon to harm civilians is raping,
molesting and torturing women, and after war, taking prisoners of war and
organize systematic settings to torture them, abuse them physically and
sexually and record videos on them as it is happening in the prisons of Israel
with the prisoners of Gaza.

Would that be a war wagged to establish a just principles and
values and execute law of order or aim to manipulate, exploit and cause harm?

Comparing these wars to the Islamic Jehad is totally polar
apart. Jehad was not initiated to inflict humiliation, exploitation, kill and
rape innocents; Jehad was to implement the word of Allah, a belief that Allah
is one and we shall return to him, so amass good deeds and fear Allah against
ones bad deeds.

Let’s analyze war scenario!!

During war, every other person not on the battleground was safe
and sound: women, children, aged, homes, schools, hospitals, crops, trees;
everything was secure. No commander in chief, no soldier dared to disrespect
and intend to harm civilians. Every women, Muslim or non-Muslim was respected,
no harm was caused. Enemies also knew this rule, this is the reason they
brought their women and children with them so that they didn’t have to worry
about them at home. Muslims were not the rapists, molesters and exploitive.
Even after war, nobody dared to cause harm to anybody but brought
everything to one place and waited for the decision what to be done with
it. 

Final order wasn’t to kill or exploit, but a peaceful solution
and the hammering to end the slavery. In the times of chaos, long-term benefits
for the society were planned; to end slavery by all means; no torture, no
exploitation but safety and peace.

Different conquests, brought many prisoners of war. To save the
society from immoral acts, and keeping people restrained from sins, and
educating them of a God-fearing life and life focused on good deeds, kindness,
peace, prisoners of war (with their human rights protected) were not
traumatized. To save them from harassment from one hand to the other, that
would increase immorality in the society, war of prisoners were given in the
ownership of As’hab so that war of prisoners find a place to live without their
human rights violated, not to be harassed, applied any cruelty, or inflict any
injustice on them. If As’hab wanted to marry not just with the opinion of
having temporary sexual relationship with them, they could do it asking their
family members and give them amount of marriage (Haq-Mehr) as per the societal
norms. Freed women (not slave anymore) were made legitimate (halal) for Muslims
at the time, their children recognized and those women prohibited to be sold
and freed once their master was dead. 

Marrying temporarily or keeping them concubine for sake of
sexual relationship (Zina) and leaving them after it was prohibited. Zina in
any form was prohibited in Islam whether it was with freed slave or be it an
unfree slave. Zina as per Islam molests and corrupts character of a person and
bring communal and societal harm and degeneration of the social and religious
weakening the foundation of family and collapse of the whole social, political,
economic, and religious system.

Consider at that time when slavery was hauling, if all slaves
(war of prisoners) were left free in the society without the ownership of a specific
person over them under respectful conditions, their living conditions and their
frequent sell from one master to another for the means of sexual pleasure
(Zina) would be destructive. Every home would have become a base of brothel and
the degeneration of the society would have become so quick to shake the true
message of Islam. Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad peace be upon him knew at one
point there would be no place for slavery and everyone would be free with all
equal human rights, ultimately, their superiority would only be based on their
righteous deeds.

The seed to wipe out slavery finally came to a fruition in the
20th century worldwide.  

The world blamed Islam for its injustice and treatment with the
slaves, ignoring the fruition of the wisdom of the holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad
peace be upon him by the message of Allah. 

The world finds fault with the true message but what do they do?

See the wars around the world and how prisoners are treated not
even the prisoners see how when the land is being invaded, looted, crops are
destroyed, females are raped, children are killed. Army soldiers loot and gang
for rapes. War of prisoners are raped, gang raped, raped brutally by appliances,
and what not to just hurt them, humiliate them and torture them. 

Prisoners of Gaza war in Israel reported physical and sexual
violence by severe torture. They have an organized cells and system for doing
that. World is silent on that, or calling them insane barbaric and inhumane
practices. 

Allah witnessed how people had been tortured and how sexual
violence humiliated humanity. Genocide of Cambodia, Rwanda, Bosnia, Sudanese,
Rohingya, Uighur and countless others made the lives of natives hell by the new
governments, soldiers; cruel, slaves of lust , loot and immorality.

Comparatively, by the command of Allah, Islam spread throughout
the world with principles of respect, human values, harmony, equality,
non-discriminatory policies, justice, and kindness. No killing of aged, no
disrespect for females, no torture on children, no violation of infrastructure,
no destruction of crops, no blockage of water and things of survival. Three
conditions: 1st: Accept Islam and keep the system running as it is in the hands
of the natives with the difference of running it as per the practices of Islam.
2nd: If you don’t accept Islam, pay taxes for protection, protection from
invaders, and practice your own religion, no force for conversion. 3rd: if you
don’t accept both conditions and want war then let war decide the winners and
who would govern the system.

May Allah give us conscience to follow what is right!
